Cantonese sausage, and Steamed cha siu bao My girlfriend and I went tonight. She lived in mainland China for over three years and I grew up in Philly and New York and grew up eating in both cities China towns. Finding good Chinese food in Dallas can be a challenge. J.S. Chen's Dimsum and BBQ is either the best or one of best places. The food here is world class. Words cannot describe the crab fried rice. If you have not had the crab fried rice you need to put it on your bucket list. If I'm in a situation where I have a last meal this will be on the menu. We wanted to sample the restaurant so we ordered way more food and took two huge bags of leftovers home. In addition to the crab fried rice we would recommend the pot stickers, shrimp dumplings, braised eggplant and tofu, cha siu bao, Peking duck and for dessert the sesame balls. The service was amazing. Everything came out hot and fresh. The chef/owner and his partner/hostess were friendly and delightful. The staff were helpful and attentive. We will be coming back soon and bringing friends. If you like ethnic and authentic Chinese food you should come here. I can't say enough nice things about J.S. Chen's Dimsum and BBQ. 5 star
